We set out payment details and how they are paid, and a set of deliverables from us, and from you, the client. The timing of your deliverables – feedback and usually text, and sometimes images are important to the smooth running of the process. We book time aside for your project and have an expected sign off date. Of course, events can happen that can put this off track but we do our utmost from our end to avoid this. The Design/Feedback part of the process is cyclical and can have several iterations, depending on the project.
