Feel Design now have an Apple Developer license, enabling them to develop applications for the iPhone, iPad and Apple desktops. We are already in the process of developing our own iPad app to showcase our work, and will be working on several iPad/iPhone apps for clients in 2011!
2010 has been a very busy year for us, we’ve run 176 projects, building 93 websites so far since January! As our financial year draws to a close at the end of this month we are moving our accounting system away from Sage, which we have used since 2002, to FreeAgent an online accounting system. … Read more
According to unnamed sources cited by TechCrunch, the company will announce what it is referring to internally as its “Gmail killer”. It would appear more than obvious who the real target is here, and if Facebook plays it right, Gmail, which reportedly has about 170 million users, may be in a world of hurt up against Facebook’s more than half a billion.
Facebook is so popular that business owners can simply no longer consider it a site only appropriate for socializing and game playing. In fact, in September 2010, Facebook surpassed Google in regards to the amount of time users spent on their site. Facebook states that users spend over 700 billion minutes per month on Facebook!
After 3 years we have finally found the time to redesign our website. We’ve spent a long time deciding an the new format – and the content, to reflect what we now do as a company and our portfolio which stretches back 9 years!
Feel Design are pleased to have been awarded the contract to redevelop Newby Hall’s website. The project will see a new site launch towards the end of the year, updating their current website, adding news, a ecommerce store and a more up to date feel. They will benefit from a full content management system, allowing them to update the site easily and it will link with their growing use of Twitter and Facebook.
Feel Design have been approached to create an identity for The Archbishop of York Youth Trust set up by Dr John Sentamu. The trust have asked us to work with them developing a new identity to work alongside the branding the the Archbishops current brand.
Feel Design, working with MartinGary productions, have been filming for Cundall Manor School over the past few weeks, to produce a web video and DVD to promote the school. School activities have been recorded, seeing Gary, one of the camera operators trying to outrun a group of rugby players while strapped to a steadicam!
